Dr. Saher is a pediatric neurologist trained at The Children’s Hospital & The Institute of Child Health, Lahore. She cares for infants, children and adolescents with all spectrums of neurological disorders.
She deals with all sorts of Pediatric Neurology patients including epilepsy, movement disorders, demyelinating disorders, neuro-metabolic, neuro-degenerative and neuro- muscular conditions. She actively involves in taking care of critically sick pediatric neurology patients comprising status epilepticus, raised ICP, acute encephalopathies, acute flaccid Paralysis and acute crisis in neurometabolic disorders.

Her special clinical interests include epilepsy and its diagnostic workup including genetic, metabolic or autoimmune origins and its treatment particularly drug resistant epilepsy through ketogenic diet.
She conducts and interprets Neurophysiological tests including electroencephalography, electromyography, nerve conduction studies and visual evoked potential.

In addition to her clinical activities, she is active in research and medical education of residents. She authors scientific articles and contributes to magazines and newsletters focusing on neurological advancements and emerging therapies.
